I combined two different styles for this Monochromatic work of Asymmetrical Symmetry. I used a Monochromatic palette of Yellow + Black and White, with spot colors of Cerulean and Ocean Blue, and teamed it with a Geometric layout in an Asymmetrical Symmetry style. Although the large, planal areas were rendered in acrylic paint with various brushes, the detailed sections were created with acrylic paint pens. This has taken the work beyond the mundane of basic geometry.
