This piece was seemingly lifeless and incomplete at the drafting state… Until I slashed it with a diagonal line, giving the composition dynamic energy and free flowing movement. Implemented with brushed acrylic paint, acrylic paint pens, shape templates, and straight edges. I completed this work of Asymmetrical Symmetry with a Monochromatic palette of Red + Black and White, with spot colors of Cerulean and Ocean Blue.
