This was an unfinished representational piece that I reworked into a geometric composition. I kept several of the basic elements from the original work; the black & white border and the lime & indigo moon with its gear-like rays. I used these components to build the new artwork around. Starting with a white-capped, triangular pyramid and an oval badge. The eye-like circle and curve across the face of the pyramid, inspired the somber, smirking title.
