 The primary objective of this salmon study was to create a bi-color fish, while also exploring textures, patterns, and color relationships. Broad shapes were rendered using brush on acrylic paint, and detailed linework was executed with acrylic paint pens and various straight edges and shape templates. The piece reminded me of a quirky song: "Fish heads, fish heads, roly-poly fish heads. Fish heads, fish heads, eat them up... Yum!"
