This tiny painting was a fun, little piece to create. Too often, these smaller formatted works prove more challenging to execute than their larger counterparts. I typically struggle to render smooth, consistent circle outlines, where I utilize acrylic paint pens and circle templates. Too often, the creamy paint from the pens bleeds underneath the edges of the templates, leaving a blorpy, messy residue that I have to go in and clean up. However, this time, a clean rendering of the circles (and other details) was painless.
